Vetchel A. Gee

Vetchel A. Gee, 55 of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on Monday June 4th 2018.  He was born in Indianapolis, Indiana on February 13, 1963,  He was proceeded in death by mother Josephine Smith, Sister Alice, Rose, and Pam Gee. He received his continuing education at ITT Technical Institute.

He retired from the military at the rank of E8.  While in the army he received the Solider of the Year and Baby Drill Sergeant as well , several soldier of the month.  Vetchel was most recently employed at Lawrence Catholic school.

Vetchel's hobbies were the army, in which he loved. He was known to listen to his favorite musicians Sade and Tupac. Dear Mama by Tupac and 19 by Paul Hardcastle were his favorite songs.

He was the husband of Elizabeth  (Harding) Gee and father to Anthony Gee, Brandon Franklin, Vanessa Gee, and Victoria Gee. Brother to Mary, Brenda, Keri May, Joyce Ann, George, James, Lee Smith, Jaynie, Johnny, and Dewayne Gee. Brother-in-law to Alana LeBlanco, Robert,Carlyle, Wendell, and Terrance. Grandfather to seven grandchildren Ebony, Antonio Jr., Dwayne, Carmen, Brandon Jr., Jaylen, and Kyrie. Son-in-law to Fara Harding and Leon Harding . Friends to The Garica's family, The James' Family, The Archille's Family, The Beache's Family, Jeno, Kendell Moore, and Ernest Smith..

Memorial Services will be held on Tuesday June 12, 2018 at 11:30am in Lawrence United Methodist Church, 5200 Shadeland Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46226. Burial will be Saturday, June 23, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Indiana Veteran's Memorial Cemetery in Madison, IN.
