Thomas Anthony James Cook, 67, of Indianapolis, passed away on April 1, 2019 in Indianapolis.  He was born on September 30, 1951 in Indianapolis, IN.

Survivors include wife, Emma Roberts Cook; sons, Thomas Baxter, Anthony Roberts and Erik Cook; bonus son, Charles Cook; daughters, Rebekah Roberts and Cynthia Ratcliff; son-in-law, Michael Ratcliff, Jr.; sisters, Mary Cook, Patricia Balderas and Margie Roberts; brother, Chuck Cook; grandchildren, Nae Nae, Michael III, Jared, Ericka and Allister, Cierra, Harley, Christina, Casse, Thomas III, and Tamara; great grandchildren, Michael IV; several nieces and nephews.  Thomas was preceded in death by parents, Charles Henry Cook and Mildred Mary Shea; sister, Jennifer Cook Rediker; grandson, Thomas Ratcliff; and godparents, James and Phyllis Shea.

Thomas was baptized at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church.

Funeral Service will be on Saturday, April 6, 2019 at 7:00pm at Bell Mortuary & Crematory, Royster-Askin-Sandrock Chapel, 2310 West Washington Street, Indianapolis, IN  46222 with the Visitation from 5:00pm until time of service at the mortuary.
