Service Details

Stephen E. Scroggins, 65, of New Palestine, IN passed away September 26, 2017. He was born in Bedford, IN. Survivors include sons: Stephen (Mariah Hasscot) Scroggins, Samuel (Lauren) Scroggins, Sean (Charlotte) Scroggins; sister: Cindy Stauffer; grandchildren: Felix, Sophia, Norah and Sarah. He was preceded in death by mother, Carole Scroggins; brothers: James Scroggins and Jody Scroggins.

A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.

Arrangements are being handled by Bell Mortuary & Crematory, Shangrila Chapel, 1444 W US Hwy 52, Fountaintown, IN 46130.
