Michael Alden Umlauf "Pops" beloved husband, father & grandfather, 64 of Indianapolis passed away on August 6, 2015. He was born January 23, 1951 in Fergus Falls, Minnesota to the late Alden and Donna Umlauf.

Michael was a Vietnam veteran who served in the U.S. Army from 1968-1971 and a retired member of the Local 440. He loved spending time with his grandchildren and his sense of humor materialized in creating nicknames for everyone he loved!

Preceded in death by brother Karl & daughter Regina Borreggine "Stella".   Michael is survived by his wife Sandra Umlauf "Ma", Best friend & brother in life Billy Amonette "Bluto", Brothers: Rodney "Hatch", Richard, Gregory, and William Umlauf. Children: Michael Alden Umlauf Jr. (Grace). Steven Erich Umlauf (Shirley). Prospero Borreggine "Zero" Phillip Borreggine "Zappa", Teresa Kendzior "Tree Dude”, Kristen Olsen "Harriet". Grandchildren: Fillipo Borreggine "Flocko", Prospero Borreggine "Sparrow Hawk", Nicholas Borreggine "Chang", Joseph Borreggine "Mendoza", Phillip Borreggine "Quasi", Anthony Borreggine "Michelangelo",  Dominic Borreggine "Dominator", Roger Soucy "D-Man", Kristen Esterlin "Khubis", Thomas Fotta "The Brain", Regina Olsen "Nelly", Traci Olsen "Half Pint", Jason Yancoskie "Bart", Christopher Yancoskie "Spike", Jessica Yancoskie "Messy Jessy", Maya, Dominick, Cecilia &
