Marcia A. Dodds was born on May 22,1945 in Thornstown, Indiana, the daughter of Donald and Ann Stowers. She resided in Indianapolis her adult life. She passed away at the age of 70 after losing her battle to cancer (AML) at Methodist Hospital. Marcia loved to go shopping, gardening and being a great grandmother for the first time. She is preceded in death by her parents and brother James Bennette. She is survived by the love of her life, her companion Mr. Ronnie Duggar of Indianapolis, daughter: Dawn Norris of Indianapolis, her pet children; George and Scooge, grandchildren; Nicholas (Jessica) Gibson on Indianapolis, and a great grandchild Wyatt Ryder Gibson of Indianapolis, sisters; Lydia Pearcy of Indianapolis and Sally White of Golfbreeze, Florida.
A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, July 25, 2015 at the State Street Pub, 243 N. State Ave, Indianapolis, 46201, from 4-9 p.m.
